My name is Frances. I would already be working for 2 years by April 16, this coming Thursday. I currently work in a bank as part of the BPM (Business Process Management) IT team as a workflow/process developer. I basically design and create working processes without coding anything (how amazing is that?) all thanks to this little thing called Intalio.
Out of all the things I've been able to do during the past 2 years of working this is the one that I've really enjoyed best and loved so far. Why?

i_am_evil, but I am very curious about DW. I love the idea of taking the best of LJ and trying to make it better. Re-engineering is love. So far I am liking what I see on DW. I doubt I'd be of any use to the creators of DW, but I am open to contributing whatever I can.

- It is simple and yet challenging at the same time
- I really love the people I work with right now
- I get to do and organize things the way I want to
- I get to work with new technology. It's exciting!
- I am able to have some work-life balance (i.e. I get to go home on time or I don't need to render OT all the time.)
- Because of the previous point I get to do other things that enjoy, which includes, but is not limited to, some hobby programming (yes, I do program as a hobby), design stuff, photography and other photography-related stuff, game, and watch series episodes with my sisters.
